Thank you for the recent work you did so quickly and efficiently in removing all the moss on the roof of our home in Gordon Head. The repairs to the gutter you did also worked out well and we no longer have a problem. Twice in the past year we have they have been repaired without satisfactory results. While on the roof you noticed some of our vents and roof ends where missing or damaged. The repairs you did were done well. Everything is now is good order including the back patio which you cleaned by power washing.

We visited the Cdn Roof Dr vendor booth at the local home show and examined their product. At the same show, other similar companies were there, however, we found the services offered by Cdn Roof Dr were superior to their competition. Getting a quote was so easy as well; love the online ability to request the quote, confirm the service and follow up with questions (ALL ONLINE!).
When the scheduled date for our roof treatment arrived, I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the professionalism of the workers. Employee safety was paramount with the crew; lifelines and harnesses worn by everyone on the roof (they even installed a safety point on the lower roof of the house). At the completion of the task, all decks/walkways/flowerbeds were cleaned of all debris and the roof/gutters look fantastic!
Invoicing via e-mail and online payment options were convenient, allowing us to clear our bill quickly. Ultimately, we are very pleased with the quality of the work done and without any hesitation, will recommend this company to neighbours and friends!

The power washing of the roof prior to treatment effectively removed all the moss and stains, the eaves were fully cleaned of all accumulated leaves and dirt, and the application of the sealer was quick and thorough. We were impressed with Brad Berekoff and his explanation of his company ‘ The Great Canadian Roof Doctor ‘ when we met him at a Home Show in Victoria. We decided to have him check our roof to see if it could benefit from the actual treatment and when he came he did an inspection and advised us that it could, even though it is 24 years old. Once we decided to hire his company, he was most professional and informative as to exactly what would be done. His estimate of when the work could be done was accurate and his crew that did the work was professional and friendly and informed us of what they were doing. The cleanup was also done well. The warranty of ten years (and perhaps longer) will stay with the house even if we sell and ithis treatment has given a much cheaper alternative to reroofing. We recommend you have Brad check out your roof if you’re thinking of a new one!
